(November 2017) A feast of wild yellow croaker was prepared by award-winning chefs at Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa. Masters of Food and Wine is one of the most important signature events for Park Hyatt, and Treasure of the Sea is this fall’s theme for Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa. Masters of Food and Wine festivities took place on 13 November, in cooperation with Rolls-Royce and Perrier Jouët. As sponsors, Rolls-Royce provided cars for invited guests’ transportation and Perrier Jouët offered champagne for the croaker feast.

In the morning, Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa escorted invited guests, including the media, celebrity gourmets, artists and entertainers, to one of the biggest harbors in China – Shipu. Here they fished from a luxury fishing boat and had their catches cooked for lunch at sea.
